The place is perfect, the staff are really good and pleasant.

Every time in Glasgow we stay in this hotel. The property is clean; tidy rooms; extremely comfy bed. The room is reasonably priced. Its location is marvellous and decent with a lovely view of garden. You could walk to a big shopping center and a shopping street. Property restaurant is stunning for breakfast.

All in all everything was great, had a comfortable stay on road trip. Tidy and compact units with adequate space and the shower, and the staff were pleasant. The location was great and easy, next to restaurants and eateries.

The room had pretty bad views.

    Great stay with awesome service!

Spent 1 night here with friends and loved it! The room was nice and clean, and the bed was super comfy. We asked for free breakfast, really good. My husband forgot his ring, but the super nice team and sent it back to us right away. The bathroom could've used some updates though.

We only stayed there for a few days, but by the end of our stay the staff knew who we were and which room we were in. Breakfast was great! It was a full Scottish breakfast every day, and they had a fancy coffee machine, plenty of toast, juice and cereals. The room was one of the cleanest of any hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was simple, but everything was very neat. Great location: a block from downtown Glasgow, on a quiet little street lined with rose bushes.

Many uneven stairs leading from the street to the door. Difficult with luggage.

Hotel is well situated just in the middle between West End and East End with a walking distance to everything. Friendly staff, fine breakfast, comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. Reasonable clean. OK for the price.

Furniture old and cheap. M8 motorway just around the corner which means you can´t stay in the room with the window open.

The only Positive point was the Breakfast

This is not a hotel it is a cheap boarding house . Very dirty run down and needs upgrading. Little or no facilities ie shared bathrooms. No lifts. Also overpriced Fancy paying £90/Night for a low quality b&b

    great nightlife

The location was spot on, just a short stroll to Sauchiehall Street, perfect for nightlife. We hit up some great bars and restaurants nearby. Plus, the staff was super friendly. Just remember, it's a budget spot, so don't expect luxury, but you'll get comfortable rooms and decent amenities, like 24-hour reception and luggage storage.

Only the position and free wifi.

The bedroom is terrible: the beds are not compdata, the room is dirty, so small and there is not free parking for the b&B. The bathroom is really a toilet. :)

The location and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff

They need to fix up the front stairs as I felt that they are dangerous
